Eight short lessons, one per pillar. Written for younger kids, with a card to earn for every pillar finished. If your athlete is under ten, this is where they start.

Varsity, recommended ages 12 and up. The full Culture Code, four lessons per pillar, with deeper reflection. Works well for middle school through high school.
Mental Performance

Foundations, recommended ages 9 to 11. The mental game in its simplest form: short lessons, concrete tools, exercises a kid can do.

Ascent, recommended ages 11 to 14. Written for the middle school years, when confidence gets tested and comparison kicks in.

Summit, recommended ages 14 to 18. The deepest version. It talks straight about identity, pressure, recruiting, and competing at a high level.
A few pointers
Younger athletes start with Rookie. The Culture Code travels down to eight-year-olds in a way mental performance work doesn’t, so for the youngest kids, Rookie is the whole program at first. Mental Performance makes sense starting around nine or ten with Foundations.
The overlap years are on purpose. An eleven-year-old might fit Foundations or Ascent. A mature twelve-year-old might be ready for Varsity. If you’re unsure, start one level down. It’s easy to move up, and an athlete who finds a course too easy loses nothing. An athlete who finds one too hard may quit.
Your athlete can grow through the levels. A kid who does Foundations at ten can do Ascent at twelve and Summit at fifteen, meeting the same ideas at a depth they can use each time. That’s the design.
Can we do both halves at once?
Yes. Many athletes work through a Culture Code course and a Mental Performance course side by side. They’re built to fit together, and every Mental Performance lesson connects to a Culture Code pillar.
Once you’ve picked, the next article walks you through getting started.

We built the program in levels, because a nine-year-old and a sixteen-year-old need very different things even when the idea is the same.
