Wade is a Co-Founder and Director of Program and Culture Development of our academy, and he is also the Executive Director of Elevate Northwest Baseball, a premier baseball program located in Woodinville, Washington. Wade holds several key certifications in athletic performance and sports management and has directed programs for the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, Arena Sports, and multiple school districts in Oregon and Washington. Wade’s genuine passion is mentoring and supporting young athletes in our program through teaching and maintaining our mission, culture, and vision in order to elevate our athletes’ positive mindset, competitiveness, and physical and mental wellbeing.
